Disclaimer for our Services
LEEBERG GROUP Pictures makes every effort to provide the highest quality of service to its clients. Therefore, wherever possible, we mitigate any circumstances that may hinder us in achieving this goal. However, LEEBERG GROUP Pictures cannot be held liable for quality issues where the circumstances the client requires us to address are beyond our control, including but not limited to: Lack of available light, lack of power, space limitations, noise pollution, weather conditions, crowds, warfare, natural events, etc.
Refund of our Services
LEEBERG GROUP Pictures provides a rigorous workflow and approval process that gives clients many opportunities to provide comments and feedback on all production services. Once clients have: 1) approved the project/footage via email or signature, and 2) made the final payment, there are no refunds for our services.
Cancellation of our Services
Because we invest a great deal of time, talent and resources to begin and complete all production services for our clients in a timely and satisfactory manner, we require our clients to make a similar investment in their projects with a payment of 50% of the required service fees in order for LEEBERG GROUP Pictures to begin work. Final approval of the completed project by signature or email and payment of the balance is required before the completed physical, electronic or intellectual properties are delivered to clients. Once the required 50% payment has been made and work has begun, there are no refunds. The remaining balance is due for release of the completed work.
Clients who wish LEEBERG GROUP Pictures to stop work on a project must notify LEEBERG GROUP Pictures in writing by mail or email. If a client cancels the work, he/she will be responsible for all services rendered and costs incurred up to the receipt of the written cancellation notice. In no event will the fee paid be less than the amount of the deposit.
Cancellation of a Film Shoot
Crew Call is defined as the time the film crew arrives and begins work on the day of the shoot. All cancellations/postponements of film shoots must be made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled crew call in order for the client to be eligible for a refund less a $1,250 service fee and any applicable bank or credit card fees. Clients who cancel/postpone film shoots less than 48 hours prior to the shoot date and call time will be responsible for 50% of the total cost of the shoot plus any applicable bank or credit card fees. No refunds will be available to the client for cancellations/postponements made within 24 hours of the shoot date and crew on-call time, unless at the sole discretion of LEEBERG GROUP Pictures. The client must notify all cancellations or postponements in writing via email and by phone.
